The Bateman Case Study Competition is Public Relations Student Society of America’s (PRSSA) national competition for public relations students; this year, PRSSA has partnered with the Campaign to Change Direction. The Belmont Bateman team is implementing a localized campaign for Change Direction, #ItStartsWithYou.
Research conducted by the Belmont Bateman team found one of the key aspects of mental health is peer support. #ItStartsWithYou is focused on the importance of a supportive community that begins with the individual.
The campaign consists of multiple strategies and several events that both connect to Change Direction’s five signs of emotional suffering and promote the pledge to know the signs. Through these tactics, the Belmont Bateman team aims to spread awareness, create acceptance and inspire action among the student population at Belmont University.
Relief Starts With You.
Listening Starts With You.
Care Starts With You.
Support Starts With You.
Community Starts With You.
Join the Belmont Bateman team in cultivating a community that intentionally listens, cares and supports one another.
